Thornton tabs top-10's in Wild West Shootout

Dylan Thornton’s western swing continued this past week as the final four rounds of the 20th annual Rio Grande Waste Services Wild West Shootout were contested from Wednesday through Sunday.

Thornton opened the week with solid performances, finishing seventh on Wednesday and ninth on Friday. His attempt to transfer into Saturday’s feature came up short with a fourth-place result in his B-Main.

Thornton closed out the Wild West Shootout on a positive note Sunday, advancing from 20th to 11th in the Modified finale.
