Dylan Thornton sweeps Boone Speedway's Salute to Veterans Night

A rare weekend behind the wheel of his Salty’s BBQ & Catering machine paid off for Orcutt, California’s Dylan Thornton, who secured his 12th win of the season.

Taking on a stacked field of 48 IMCA Modifieds at Boone Speedway on Saturday during the track’s Salute to Veterans Night, Thornton stormed from sixth to first in his heat race before leading all 30 laps of the feature en route to a flag-to-flag victory.
